Yes. The Rochester warehouse is open to the public. Walk in, look at what's on the floor, and pick what you need. Calling first is worth it if you're after a specific model, since stock rotates.
We deliver throughout the greater Rochester area. Mention it in the form and we'll include delivery in your quote. In-store pickup is also an option if you've got a truck.
